Now Bixby is available in mid range devices too.. But you should check if its available for the specific model before purchasing..

Apple all devices has siri, google all devices came with google assistant (initially), amazon all devices has alexa, but samsung is only brand whose bixby is available in only selected models due to samsung's discrimination.
