These are the differences-
1) Quick settings-
Quick settings has a change. The toggles are now spaced out and are a bit smaller.
2) Lock screen-
I feel the app icons have become more transparent in Android 13. However, I am not very sure about this one.
3) Settings-
New options called Connected devices, modes and routines are added.
4) Colour palette- 🎨
The Colour palette has two new options. Basically, it is divided into two parts. They are Wallpapers colours, which suggests colour themes according to the wallpaper and basic colours which has a list of basic colour themes that you might like and use irrespective of the wallpaper.
5) Appearance of colour palette on home and lock screen-
As you can see, the effect of colour palette appears differently on Android 13.
6) Side key-
Not a major change, but the emergency mode is now emergency call
7) Basic inbuilt app shades without colour palette-
If you look carefully, for some inbuilt apps you will observe a change in gradient/colour.
8 ) Basic inbuilt app shapes-
If you look carefully, for some inbuilt apps you will observe a change in shape. This can be seen both without and with colour palette
