Dear Sir,
I have installed Android 10 on My Galaxy M20. My phone became shutdown after 2 days use. Why? 
I am from Bangladesh.

No. There were 80% battery charge. Customer Care said this Android 10 is OTA version not released officially for Bangladesh.

No. After installing android 9 from Samsung Customer Care, It is working again.
