Kindly follow the below steps and be assured your issue would be resolved:
1. Check space availability: Settings > Device Care > Storage. keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.
2. Clear cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > Clean Now.
3. Close Background Apps: Tap minimize key & close the background running application.
4. Remove third party application: Settings > Apps > Select the third-party application from Apps > Uninstall.
