After OTG disconnection issue.

When we connect USB device using OTG. And when we want to disconnect there is no option for eject or unmount otg device. So we want to remove its direct without any eject option. And when we eject there is one notification show. I attached screenshot of this notification. Please do something.

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same and please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1. Check different OTG with your device.
2. Check by using another pen drive.
3. Check the USB connection.
Perform interactive checks through the Samsung Members apps.
Path: Samsung members > Get Help > Interactive checks > Charger/USB).
4. Check by using genuine OTG cable.
5. Check whether the device is OTG compatible or not.
6. To clear the data of the USB, please follow the below steps.
Setting > Apps > Three dots (Appearing at top right corner) > Show system apps > Search USB Settings > Tap on storage > clear data of USB Settings.
7: Reset app preferences:
Please follow the below steps.
Settings > Apps > Three dots ( Appearing at the top right corner) > Reset app preferences (It'll reset the permissions of all applications)

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
