Tech TalkHi there,
We would like to inform you that the " accent color" option is found under the " developer option" in the device. Samsung never recommend to use the developer option as this option is not for the use of the users that is why this option is not working in the device.
However, for further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
Regards,
Samsung Members Team

Tech TalkI'm very curious why these options are wasting space on these phones if it's not intended for use by the consumers. They paid ridiculous amounts of money to purchase Samsung products just to be told exactly what they can & can't do. Samsung sells a product to us and removes functions as they see fit. This was my first and very last Samsung product.

Tech TalkCompletely agree with you Popyns. I remember my HTC had that option. Hell, you'd think Samsung would be way on top of their game, considering all the Samsung gear they have, tvs, etc. Its ridiculously crazy.
