hey i had also the same problem but then i go to service center and then its ok now they solve it

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Perform the reset camera settings (Open camera app> Camera settings >reset setting).

3) Run the device in safe mode and check the issue

4) Check the availability of software update.

5) If still issue not resolved, please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.

i went there but all they do is software reset or replaced the camera
