To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
>Charge the device in switch-off mode.
>Charge the device with the other original charger.
>If available in your device than Enable fast charging (Scroll down notification panel>Setting >Device maintenance>Battery>3 dots (upper right corner) >Advanced setting>Fast cable charging>Enable).
>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->USB/Charger).
For rest of the issues, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app(click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions)

Tech TalkHello Samsung Members,
I am also facing same temparature alert problem and i am unable to charge with any charger. forcabully if i am trying to switch on. i am recieving 'Temparature is high so your mobile will switch off' soon. please help me to resolve this issue.
