A50 USB otg not working

Waste of Money 

I have Samsung galaxy A30 and an A50

Otg works fine on a30 but no Response on a50 tried every possible settings but doesn't work...

The images took on a50 have more grains than a30

Has Samsung made a50 low quality device than a30?

Tried Developer mode also 

Also resetted the settings 

Used another pendrive 

Nothing worked 

Who else is having the same problem ?

How to solve this?

I have an A50 as well and also otg doesn't work. Only will reverse charge the flashdrive which im afraid will ruin my backed up data.
