They might be doing some testing on nearby tower, it can't be a network bug.

This is happening with me every few minutes.
It is the sign that 5g is coming soon to you location. It means 5g is in test phase in ur location.
Happening for 1 month in m42. I get speeds upto 200mbs. Same 5g stays for 10 secs or sometimes less than that.

The 5g connection is not stable .... so this is showing it .... try to install force 4g lte app set to vonr to use a stable 5g ... but 5g will drain battery faster
