I'm using a hand-carried Samsung phone in Sri Lanka and I don't see any benefits listed in my Samsung Members app. A Samsung store representative informed me that hand-carried phones might not be eligible for benefits.
Could you please clarify if this is the case and if there's anything I can do to access any available benefits?
