Google massage RCS not working

Good day, team,

I've observed that Google's RCS messaging feature, which enables multimedia sharing similar to Apple's iMessage, is currently non-functional with my carrier, Dialog. I've escalated this issue to both Dialog and the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL). Dialog has indicated that the service is being blocked by the internet service provider.

Following up with Google Support, I learned that they are not yet fully informed about this specific issue and have confirmed that Dialog should support this service.

I'm keen to understand if others are experiencing the same issue. If this is widespread, we should collectively lodge a complaint with the TRCSL to ensure they address this matter effectively.

Yes , It used to work before. It even worked last year when I bough my device. Now it does not work at all.

Already logged complaint to TRCSL. Below response is from SLT Mobitel
