Don't worry about the macro lens if you have a high resolution main camera.

Open your camera app and follow below steps to toggle on high resolution camera. 

These settings available on the upper side of your camera layout

After toggle on high resolution camera, get close as possible to the subject and get the shot. Then crop it to your favour.
