Annoying message or Notification

How to stop this type of message or notification from hutch. It's very annoying. I tried turn off push messages, broadcast messages nothing worked. It's suddenly popup even in lock screen. If anyone know about this please help

It's to do with an invalid code, and it's not a phone fault. It's HUTCH problem. They will have to help you solve the matter
