Hi again! Got some news so decided to share with you.
Since Android 12 is x64 only and also camera2API is the default in it, regular Samsung budget mobiles should get support for Google Camera and additional features like that, right? and also support for other x64 apps. Samsung decided to keep the budget devices on x32(86) software even tho they had x64 hardware and that limited some features. After Android 12 (OneUI 4) , They should be supported. It might also help with system level stability since running x64 software on x64 hardware is way stable than the other way....
