ok but in gsm arena saw that tab s6 already updated

It was released only in germany. In India, it seems to take more time. Same delay even with s10 lite, germany seems to got one ui 2.1 but here in India it is still struck with feb security update. Tab S6 is worst as it is struck with December security patch.

<30K mobiles updated with april security patches but premium 40k+, 60K+ struck with december/february is painful.

Hope Samsung improves its strategy of updates by considering the price consumer is paying

Yes, it was released now in more than 6 countries starting with germany.

M31 update given in lock down created a big mess to Samsung India (probably inefficient testing done by their wfh folks), with that in mind I doubt they release any updates until lock down is lifted.
