samsung tab 6 keyboard cover function key issue

I am using Samsung tab S6 keyboard cover, and have issue with (Shift+2) i get a " instead of @.  similarly , with shift+3 i get £ instead of # and by key with symboln \ i get # instaed of \

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Do the reset network settings (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset network setting).

2) Do the reset settings (Do the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).

3) If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.

If the issue persists please visit the Samsung authorized service center.
