samsung galaxy tab s6 S pen is disconnected

My s pen is disconnected and air command is not working. Tried to reset the s pen two times.still it is not working. 

Any ideas to solve this problem ?

Try on another s pen

Hi try keeping the pen connected to the magnetic side for about 15 mins ajd then try doing it. It might work. Not sure though
