how to avail pre order offer of samsung galaxy tablet S6 lite

Today mu samsung s6 lite got delivered. Now I am not able to avail the pre order offer of earbuds. There is no option available  in "for me" section  in samsung  shop website and app.

And when I try to download the samsung shop app on this device, it says this app is not compatible  with this device.

Please help

Same thing happening with me. I pre booked the phone from Amazon.in on 9th June, the tab got delivered today. I'm facing the exact same issue.

No worries, generally it takes some two to three days after activating ur device ,so check For you section in the Samsung shop after two to three days and Try downloading the Samsung shop from Galaxy store !!

I'm able to get this banner in 'For You' section..but after entering the required details it says "This serial number is not eligible for the offer. Please refer to the terms and conditions here."
