Is it that difficult to port themes to android tablets?

Can anyone from samsung reply saying is there any plan to provide galaxy themes on Samsung tablets?

Hmmm, its not like that. Work profile of our office won't allow apk installs. I have to remove it, install apk and reconfigure work profile. Did it but themes did not work
