There service center in ajmer has taken my phone in 2019 with its box and all accessories after passing of 1.6 years i asked for my product now they are saying that the box is not available and a very rude behavior by Mr Rajesh who has taken my complaint now i have canceled my note 20 ultra booking with roop watch company ajmer due to there services to poor don't buy the Samsung now i am thinking why i shifted to Samsung from apple i am to much disappointed. I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN TO CEO BUT NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER TILL YET TOO POOR

ceo Will not respond you ...better launch a complain to consumers forum and inform to samsung about this by samsung whatsapp
