Tab s8 physical keyboard bugs

I am using Galaxy Tab s8 since one year and i have found few bugs in the physical keyboard.

1) when we press shift+2 , @ doesn't come

2) similarly when we press shift+3 , #doesn't come

3)i have pasted image of the keys which doesnot work properly with SHIFT key.

Please provide update to resolve this issue.

You might have selected wrong Keyboard language.
Try selecting Keyboard Language as English US.
Setting-> General Management

Thanks bro sorted, I would have never thought that this is because of keyboard languages, but Samsung most sort it for all the languages because not everybody uses US language.


Those Samsung customer support was telling me to reset the device, Uninstaller the app and gods knows what.they don't have any idea of a bug or flaw simply blabbering anything.
