Tab s7 plus wifi model software Update

Can samsung please clarify if they have any plan to release android 12 update on wifi model of tab s7 plus?

1. If it is still in plan, why it is not delivered yet. And if delay is expected, why the timeline is not updated in their official forum post which says feb.

2. If every feature except sim card is same between wifi and sim model, why this bias against wifi model.

3. If there is no plan to release the updates, why the promise of 3 years of updates with 4 years of security updates?

4. Even the mid range phones are getting android 12, and no clarity yet for your flagship tablet. Is there any benefit of buying a flagship from samsung.

5. I bought this tab s7 plus only due to promise of software updates, but I'm regretting it too much..should have bought ipad air.

Please alteast be transparent and inform customers. In this case, there is no news. If i search on internet, it says samsung has delivered update from December. It is because sim model has received updates and no wifi model of tab got any update in India. Its ridiculous and frustrating.

Thats not the issue. Issue is that they dont mentioned the names separately and don't clarify about the model names. Also, if they don't communicate to users in case of change in timelines, that's more frustrating

Actually if I tell you Internal stuff Samsung india is sleeping 😴 literally! In tab s8 price announcement event that man was holding tab s7 ! I think 🤔 you got me

I won't be buysing Samsung products from now on, security updates were critical and they clearly delayed it for far too long. Even a $350 iPad from 2019 launched in India recieves much faster and regular updates. I will write a post regarading this so that more consumers know how samsung neither cares to update their customer nor does it tries to deliever timely updates

It's so ridiculous samsung didn't provide android 12 update yet in wifi model. I don't understand what's taking them so long to give an update. They can provide update to LTE model but not wifi model. What that supposed to mean.
