Tab a7 battery life after 1.5 year of heavy use

Mine performaning Worse than this

4 hrs with max brightness

Try to factory reset and then give battery 7 to 10 days to optimize to your useage patterns

The battery had an issue and i dont think performing factory reset will fix it

First charging in Power off mode glitched like when 32% after 1 minute it be %60  or 70% try this on your tablet i see many tab a7 had the same issue

Sec - Battery Percentage Wrong sometimes it down to 2% instead of 1%

Third - protect Battery feature had an issue and seemes not working

Forth - after 1 hr of max brightness it takes about 25%

Fifth - Charging time not appear 

Sixth- Charging animation not stop after reach 100%

Charging does not come on mine too and charging animation not stop issue also

Its just like a software issue after charging update from Samsung. Update had been realesed in 2020 and didnt got fixed yet.

Yeah but new update came in jan it contains sepetember 2022 patch i will try it after using this update
From last 2 days my battery performing great giving me 6 to 7 hrs of heavy use without discharging

If i used Mid brightness it gives me 7 to 8 hrs videos playback

Max brightness it gives me 4.5 to 5 hrs videos playback

The solution for Wrong precentage is performing Factory reset
