My tab a9 plus just went completely blank this morning while i was watching my lecture . I tried various methods on Samsung website to recover it back but nothing . At the end i sent it to nearest service center and they told that its motherboard needs to be changed and all tha data will be erased .......it wasn't even a month since i bought it and till date no new software update is seen not even security patch update . So was it due to that Samsung did late for software updates for a9 plus and mine just went blank today or was it some other reason ....
IM NOT STATISFIED BY SAMSUNG!!!!!
I HAVE LOST ALL OF MY STUDY MATERIALS DUE TO THIS ISSUE
At least something is right otherwise everything is now going bad for this tablet ,the 5g version got updated 20 days ago but there is no update for wifi version ..what the f*** is going on?
