Stuck in downloading mode

Trying to manually update my tab s6 lite and got stuck on this screen. Can seen to find the right firmware. Any help would be great.

use samfirm tool to download firmware and flash it via Odin....everything will be okay

Best way is Service Center.

use samsung smartswitch for this. And use emergency recovery. it may help you
