Screen burn issue on tab s6 lite.

After updating my samsung tab s6 lite to Android 11 in March.  I have been facing screen burn issues on my screen and sometimes  it also effects when I use the tablet for normal use. Even  after using an app just for few minutes  the tab has screen burn issue . I have gone to service center to get it repaired but they said  that it's not a hardware problem but rather a software problem so we can't do anything about this, wait for a software update  from samsung and it will be alright but as samsung has released new update on 11th of June  the issue of screen burn is still there . And I m not the only 1 who is facing this issue,  there were  more tablet at the service center with the same issue .

Hello user,
If they are telling you about software issue then ask the service center authorities to reinstall the latest software update of Android 11 to your phone.

They have done it but still the problem is there.

Then ask them to replace your display otherwise it can't be fixed

They are not replacing the display as they have said that it's not a hardware problem but a software problem

Then do an online appointment for the display replacement. So they will replace as per your request

I have already done this process also I reported this error on 15 may , at first they sent me few process that I had to do , but that also didn't solve my problem , so they said that our technical team are looking into the matter and we will get back to you soon. But till now I haven't heard from the technical team of samsung.
