Samsung tab won't boot

Hi there, my samsung tab isn't booting all of a sudden. It's stuck at "starting android" and doest respond. Any help to fix this issue? Already tried force reboot.

Click and hold
Both power and volume down
Then screen will go blank then immediately press both power and volume UP buttons
Then it will be at recovery mode
And at recovery do clear cache if still have issue do data wipe (remove user data)

Still not working then tell me

Visit nearby service center if none of the steps works. (Force reboot, hard reset etc).
