I was looking at my tab, I could not find what are these "other" files in the tab which are consuming 5.32 GB of space in the tab... is there anyone else as well who is has found unknown files occupying space like this?

"Other" refers to the CACHED FILES OF APPS, notes of samdung notes,etc
