Samsung S10 Fe (Samsung Notes Some Features Missing Or Not Enabling

I bought my Samsung S10FE a few days ago, mainly for note taking purposes and students use tablets for notes but some features are missing in Samsung Notes and are not getting enabled, I would like to say that please fix it as soon as possible.
PROBLEMS - Align letters , Evenly space words , Fix the shape of letters Not Enabling in Samsung S10 Fe. Also Customer Care Can't help me with this

These toggle comes when you use cleanup handwriting just left side of handwriting help toggle that you have clicked.

Then click align handwriting.. you will get all these feature .

If the option does not come, then this feature is not available on the FE series.

I am currently using Galaxy Tab S9. 🙌
