I recently received my new Tab S7+. I switched it on and started the set up. I opened the Microsoft Office app and found a preloaded account with save worksheets. I also enabled Netflix which opened (without asking for a password) onto some strangers account. Both accounts two different people, I dont know them and complete strangers.
Has this happened to anyone? Please advise what I need to do. I am getting little response from Samsung.
Is there something wrong with the device?
