Is it safe to update the new security patch update rolling on Samsung Galaxy Note 8 india ???

last month security patch was a horrible bug for note 8 ! I'm also worried whether to update or wait

I have installed it and everything works fine. Just a minor bug when toggling Wi-Fi, an error message pops up "Wi-Fi Tips keeps stopping." I have already written to Samsung about it....they will reply.
But please note that the functionality is not affected in any way.....Wi-Fi, Data all working fine.

I guess I just need to reset that "Wi-Fi Tips" app from the App list....
