Samsung has started to be what it used to be, a company which neglected user experience. As mentioned in the update list, One UI 4 update for Tab S7+ should have been provided in Feb 2022 in India. But its already mid of March and there is no word from Samsung about it. Adding a reminder for Samsung in case they forgot. They update the Flagship phones very well, why neglect the Flagship tablet so much? Atleast come up with a date to deliver it.

visit Service Centre once & check it. Don't say Samsung has failed. My tab S7+ already got it long back.
