I'm amazed to have Samsung cloud, it's really a huge enhancement to have some of my data synced through multiple devices that I have, such as contacts that I can access from my table or phone, unfortunately I'm type of person that have more than one account or phone number, so I'm disappointed that I'm not able to sync SMS app or calls across all devices rather than having Samsung internet or AR Emoji, like who does even use this apps, and then when I want to sync my photos I want them to be Synced on my Samsung account not OneDrive. Samsung should be competing apply with these kind of services instead of using service from Microsoft and Google. If I wanted to use Google service I would form beging used Google photos instead of my gallery even buy a Google device I purchased Samsung devices to use Samsung service not to get Schizophrenia using more than one Compnies Services
All what i wanted
To use SMS and have them synced but it doesn't work like this so I have to use Google messages
I want to sync my photoes to gallery Nah ah!! You have to use OneDrive.
Hopefully someone sees.
and If I'm worng please feel free to assist, I'm writing this only so I can learn more maybe there's a way but i didn't find it.

Thank you if you read this.

Hello. I understand your points. I think for Samsung, these boil down to business decisions.

For instance, which is financially and technically preferable: to build a file sync service at a global scale and a given cost, or to partner with the world's biggest software company which already has an excellent solution, to do it?

For Samsung, it might make sense to partner with Microsoft, and to channel its resources elsewhere, where it has other strengths.

Similar to how Samsung uses the Android OS which is principally developed and maintained by Google & dropped Tizen for its mobile devices. Just my random thoughts.

Totally agree with you. But at least they should leave an option to let the consumer choose. I am not the only one having this issue. Believe me, no one uses the Samsung browser. Instead, they should replace it. At least with messages sync, since Samsung doesn't have that feature, I will have to download Google messages and replace the messaging app that comes default in Samsung devices.
