Samsung A9+ Website drop down selection issue

I have samsung A9+ tab and I also tried on samsung S10 FE tab to select the option from the drop down list on ecourt efilling website which is used by lawyers all over india for filing and proceeding cases online. Most of when I file new case that time my as well as above given tab do not work properly for selecting the option from drop down list on the website, I am unable to select the option from list even after using the S Pen, i am encountering the same issue. I have also tried all type of internet browers but having the same issue.
Because of this most of the people are switching from Sumsung Tabs to Apple Tab and this issue is with most of the websites not just above given.
Try to fix this problem as soon as possible or else in future there will be more people switching form Samsung to Apple.
