Settings>>General Management>>Reset>>Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default.
We'd also request you to change the wallpaper, In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
