Hi guys, I bought the new samsung s23 ultra and claimed for the samsung s6 lite tablet.. how long did you guys have to wait before receiving yours? It's been over 3 weeks since my claim was successful.

Yeah, I received an email saying the claim was successful and that in 7 -14 days it will be delivered still waiting.
I even emailed the email address they give to ask if I could track the delivery.
I will be attempting to call them today

Same here, no response. Hopefully the delay isn't too much longer. Have you received your tablet as of yet? It is now over the 7/14 day delivery timeline...

Claim was successful but no further communication as to when they will deliver the tab

Please tell me if anyone actually got through to talk to someone. I have been emailing and phoning since 24 February and have had ZERO response, the phone rings...and rings....SAMSUNG? What is going on with your service?

I phoned today and was told that the tab hasn't left the warehouse and wasn't yet handed over to the couriers.
Apparently we can track the delivery with our reference.
They are using IT Couriers.
