go to your bluetooth settings and then check if your S pen name showing there on the paired devices; if so then unpair it. then again pair it with the dedicated button on the S pen then try to see if it works and then if doesn't then it means your S pen's bluetooth antenna is F-ed up

the S-pen on your S6 Lite does not have Bluetooth and hence does not charge because it does not have a battery.
