I bought a new S23 and have been waiting for a tablet for over 3 weeks now. No one one has contacted me ever since i claimed on the memebers app.

Have sent over 6 emails to customer service and 3 to courier company. They say fault is on Samsung side, and Samsung customer service blames courier for not loading onto their system.... total incompetency

Still waiting from 3rd March. Got the email with the redemption code. 4 weeks later... nothing. Phoning is total waste of airtime. Dont ans . Emailing doesnt help. Eventually emailed tellus at customer service. And the courier service they use... was told redemption number was courier no and i can track my delivery...yeh right. Put in number and it doesnt exist... not uploaded to their system.... tellus customer service just passing buck to say promotions department will look into it....this is not on. Why didnt they jusy bundle the device to phone box when purchased at shop ... less hassle and time wasted. They then need to get new courier if excuse comes back as too busy. But lots of people have got theirs it seems.
But they lack communication with their customers. Ans the phones and emails, dont hide when customers want ans as to why their devices arent being delivered as promised in the 7 to 14 days
