I would like to request that Samsung Notes be integrated with Android’s Storage Access Framework (SAF).
Currently, when uploading a file from a Galaxy device (e.g., attaching files on websites or apps), options like My Files, Gallery, Google Drive, and OneDrive appear. However, Samsung Notes is missing. This makes it inconvenient to quickly share or upload notes, since we must first manually export them to PDF or another format.
With SAF integration, Samsung Notes could appear as a selectable source in the system file picker, allowing users to:
Directly attach/export notes from within upload dialogs.
Save time by skipping the extra “export to PDF/image” step.
Maintain consistency, since Samsung Notes already appears as an option when importing files.
This feature would make Samsung Notes more powerful and user-friendly, aligning it with other file storage providers on Galaxy devices.
