Redemption issue Tab S8 Pre Booking Keyboard Cover

Was delivered product after 2 months. The offer for keyboard cover shows 50% off and not free because it had run out by then. However i pre booked it when the officer was in place. It is the company's fault that they didn't deliver it to the store. 

 Offline store is meant to send Samsung Smart DOST details to me for redemption but they say they don't have it. Samsung is not coordinating with the store and so now my redemption process is stuck and my tablet has been sitting for two weeks without protection.

If i had any idea that Samsung is so abysmal with its sales i would've just stayed away. Pathetic services. Countless queries at the customer care are pending and they are "resolving" it yet are as clueless as the next person. 

If you can't supply the product on time, at least extend the availing of the offer or just stop luring customers with offers. The incompetence is shining through and through. 
Very close to filing a civil suit alongwith a consumer court complaint.

Absolutely correct. Samsung must be punished foe such act. I am already facing the same issue.
