QUERY ABOUT TABLET REPAIR

My tablet SM T510 fell/Slipped from my hands today and its screen and body frame damaged . I contacted the Samsung whatsapp customer support and they said that it will cost Approx:  ₹4,800 for all services and repair

The damage : 

Given that the tablet was bought just back in may 2020 

And costed around ₹12,580 would it be wise to repair the tablet at Authorised samsung service centere at cost of Appx : ₹5,000 ?

You are lucky mate, that they are reparing it, here in my friends case, he has a tab a8 2019 model, the service center has refuse to rectify the screen saying, that the model is no more available and it cannot be replaced as there is no spare part for the model now you tell me what should one do in this case
