Hi , I ordered product after chating customer care on 27th sep. I got on 30th but when I activated yesterday I do not see any offer. I am still struggling to get keyboard . Its such a expensive tablet . I ordered based on offer. I spoke and chat but no resolution so far. How to get redemption
Do not give up. Send email to service head and ceo. Also tag Samsung on all social media. Continue followup. Tell them that you will file complaint with consumer forum if you don't get proper solution within some reasonable timeframe.
It is really ridiculous how Samsung is handling these promotions, especially for flagship products. There are so many people complaining about issues with offer redemption.
The offer takes upto 72 hours to appear on the Samsung shop app. If you activated it on the 30th then you have to wait till the 3rd for the offer to work.
Me too having the same problem, got the tab on Oct 1st ,still can't redeem the offer. Its always showing please insert sim and activate your device. I have inserted the sim and using the tab for the past 4 days.
