Galaxy Tab 4 not supporting many apps.

My Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 doesn't support many apps like WhatsApp, Shopclues, Foodpanda, Faasos etc. When I search for them in Google Play Store it shows that 

Your device isn't compatible with this version.

But when I install these from other sources, they are running nicely on my tablet just like on smartphones. Then why am I not able to install these from Play Store?

tab4 is too old maybe these applications developer does not support these apps any more on play store . and 40nm 5 years old processor cannot carry this anymore 🙂

The thing here is nowadays because of the increasing workload, the developers can't extend support to all of the old devices, it is advisable to download these apps from third-party sources until you plan on to upgrade to a new device.
