Dull Home screen

I am having an issue regarding the wallpaper behaviour. It is so dull now. After update looking wallpaper on app is fine but after set that wallpaper, it becomes dull. I tried different levels od brightness but still looks dull.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
