I have been a big fan of your products and always loved them but I'm facing some issue with tab s5e U.I as its some times freezes in which cases I couldn't use my apps at a good performance like in gaming, please help me with this issue
This is not samsung's fault truly. As time passes the chips become slower and slower and there is a degradation. If you are having problems with U.I, it might be the fault of samsung but if it is any fault in hardware, samsung couldn't do anything.
