Charging port issue

Hello, my name is Saniya from New Era Pipes & Fittings.

I've been having a charging port problem for the past two weeks. My Samsung laptop is not getting charged.

The Charging port is Probably damaged, please get it checked at an Authorized Samsung Service Center.

Have you tried changing the charger and checking the connection? Also, try restarting your device and checking for any recent updates. If the issue persists, please visit a service center. By the way, do you happen to have samsung care+ by any chance?
