Subtitles not display bug is not fixed yet on 49" RU7100 Flat Smart 4K UHD TV Series 7

Hi All,

I am having a subtitles not display bug on my 49" RU7100 Flat Smart 4K UHD TV Series 7 (UA49RU7100KXZN) for more than a year and still not fixed. It happens when playing subtitles embedded videos via USB. I have to rewind or forward playback to make subtitles display. It is very annoying to do so every time. Anyone found a solution for this? Is Samsung already acknowledged about this?

Were you put vedio file and sub fileting same folder 📂

Make sure sub and vedio has same file name.

Still not play you can reset your TV and do above states again .
