we need RCS on Samsung messages

Google launched RCS messaging for Android messages app why don't Samsung launch the same for Samsung users RCS in Messages if we don't get in Android 10 it will be far late

i think the advanced calling and messaging feature is similar to RCS and was present in the samsung smartphones since many years
