In the gesture (pull down screen from bottom) the screen size reduces and gets shifted to either right or left. Instead of that just have the screen pull down straight. (like ios or the one handed+ app of good lock screen size reduction). That works better and is more comfortable to use. Or atleast give that as an additional option.
